The best Pho in Melbourne?

Welcome!!
The blog has landed!
Let's start our exploration of Asian cuisine in Melbourne!

PHO

From wikipedia - "Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup, usually served with beef (phở bò) or chicken (phở gà). The soup includes noodles made from rice and is often served with Thai basil, lime, bean sprouts, and culantro (not cilantro) that are added to the soup by the diner."
The base of Pho is a clear beef broth, and this is largely what determines the quality.
Chilli and/or oyster sauce can be added by the diner also.

Ok, so every few days, we're heading out to a different place to test their Pho!
There are so many places one can find pho in Melbourne (included 50-100 or so just on Victoria st!) so let' get stuck in!
